C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de M. René Richer, décédé le 29 février 2024, à l'âge de 85 ans.

Époux bien-aimé de Cécile Richer (née Forget).

Cher père de Sylvain Richer (Guylaine Grégoire) et Jacynthe Richer (Michel Gauthier).

Fier grand-père de Marie-Pier et Karine.

Frère de Denise Richer, Gisèle Pommainville, Jean-Claude Richer (Suzanne), Mireille Brisson (feu Gilles), feu Fernand Richer (Monique), feu Raymond Richer et feu Lucie Richer.

Fils de feu Armand Richer et de feu Yvonne Richer (née Paquette).

Il restera dans la mémoire de son beau-frère Fernand Forget (Monique), ainsi que plusieurs nièces, neveux, cousin(e)s, et ami(e)s.

La famille et les amis sont priés de se réunir au Salon Funéraire Laurent Hill, 709, rue Principale, Casselman (Ontario) le vendredi 8 mars 2024 de 9h00 à 10h30.  Un service privé y sera célébré dans la chapelle à 11h00.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. René Richer, who died on February 29, 2024 at the age of 85.

Beloved husband of Cécile Richer (née Forget).

Dear father of Sylvain Richer (Guylaine Grégoire) and Jacynthe Richer (Michel Gauthier).

Proud grandfather of Marie-Pier and Karine.

Brother of Denise Richer, Gisèle Pommainville, Jean-Claude Richer (Suzanne), Mireille Brisson (late Gilles), the late Fernand Richer (Monique), the late Raymond Richer and the late Lucie Richer.

Son of the late Armand Richer and the late Yvonne Richer (née Paquette).

He will be fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Fernand Forget (Monique), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends are asked to gather at the Laurent Hill Funeral Home, 709 Principale Street, Casselman, Ontario on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  A private service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m.
