Obituary of Geoffrey Hopkins

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Geoffrey Hopkins at Le Pavillon Residence, Embrun on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at the age of 76.

Loving father of Joshua Hopkins (Janet). Proud grandfather of Kayla, Kevin, Katelyn and Keaton Hopkins.  Dear brother of Peter Hopkins (Joyce) and Carol Hopkins (Ross Dunford).  Geoffrey will be dearly missed by Kathleen Hopkins (née Trottier) and the Trottier family, his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Predeceased by his parents Edward and Josephine (née Ditchburn) Hopkins; and by his brothers Alan Hopkins (Melanie) and Barry Hopkins (late Laurayne).

The family would like to thank Geoffrey’s “Pavillon Residence Family” for their friendship, compassion and care.

A Celebration of Geoffrey’s Life will be held at the Laurent Hill Funeral Home, 874 Notre Dame St., Embrun, ON K0A 1W0 on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 6-9 pm. Toasts and Eulogies will commence at 7:30 pm.
