Subject: Pierre Gagnon
To the Gagnon family.
I was shocked and deeply saddened by Pierre's passing. As a retired member now, I worked in the sheet metal trade for 45 years, and remember the day Pierre was sent to me as a 1st year apprentice by the company that I worked for. I remember him as a likeable kid and he did whatever he was asked to do with no complaints. He was a hard worker and I could tell he enjoyed what he did. Pierre worked for me on many job sites over the years and would became a companent journeyman who gained respect of all the company personal and foreman who would often argue between themselves as to who would get Pierre on their job site. He himself became a very companent, professional and very well liked foreman. I never heard a bad word spoken about Pierre in all the years that I worked in the trade. I especially remember some of the fishing trips he and all the guys went on. Pierre would make me laugh, and I will always cherish those memories.
My regret is that I didn't get to see Pierre before he passed and that makes me very sad.
I would like to offer my heart felt condolences to all family members, all his friends and those that knew him. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed.
Rest in peace Pierre.
